Print advertising may include the Austin American Statesman (featured home on the front page of the Sunday “Residences” section), Pinnacle Magazine, the Westlake Picayune, the West Austin News, Great Properties magazine, and the Luxury Real Estate magazine. Placement in these publications will be dependent upon submission deadlines within the listing period.
- Promote homes to the realtor community via the MLS and ABOR
- Schedule and coordinate homes for the MLS area property tour and also for the Turnquist Partners In-house property tour
- Utilize our in-house marketing by presenting property at sales meetings and relying on the full cooperation of our numerous agents
- Mail “Just Listed” cards to approximately 1000 homes in the West Austin neighborhood to promote exposure of the homes and attract potential buyers from the area
- Broadcast e-mail color brochure and property information to realtors who traditionally sell in property in the area
- Sponsor early evening Realtor Open House Wine and Cheese Tasting event at the property
- Coordinate delivery of fliers to select real estate offices
- Provide faxable marketing packages for duty agents and individuals who request information
- Provide internet based venues for maximum exposure including our own updated website and various other sites and links as noted later is in this presentation
- To get the buyer to "Fall in Love” with your home is such an important Goal knowing they make decisions based on their emotions.
